Rolando González-Marrero. Symbols.

	The Symbols exhibition developed as a series of works based on the tree. My first works using wood, created four years ago, were mostly vertical logs with other elements such as ropes, chips and nails. I was taken by surprise when most people told me they saw idols.

		I then started asking myself why men seemed to have this inherent believe there is a God. A God that created us, the existence of man as the result of the will of God.
